Property Transfer Assessment and Litigation Support

EMA provides preliminary site inspections as well as Phase I and II environmental assessments for commercial, industrial, farm, and residential properties. EMA works closely with property owners, financial institutions, attorneys, and realtors to provide property transfer services in a timely fashion that will not disrupt the closing process. Our broad experience in property evaluation and cleanup have proven a valuable asset to many of our clients not only in the evaluation of properties for purchase but in preparing properties for sale. EMA has worked with clients through all phases of property assessments including estimation of the site cleanup and restoration costs. Our projects also include evaluation of industrial facilities for resale relative to acceptable federal or state regulations.
