course nothing is totally free! This is NJ after all! It costs $250 for the state of NJ review fees to participate in this
NJ Oil Tank Removal and Underground Storage Tank Program.
If you qualify, you will be reimbursed for most, and in many cases all, of the cost of your non-leaking NJ oil tank
removal and the installation of a new aboveground oil storage tank, if you need one.
EMA will
provide all the forms and documentation necessary to apply for project reimbursement through the NJDEDA PUST Grant. Most people
qualify. Think of it as your own personal bailout! Take advantage of the State's participation while it lasts!
EMA is an NJDEP-certified contractor. As of October 3rd, 2006, all
contractors performing work on NJ Oil Tank Removal and Underground Storage Tanks must be certified in
order to be funded by the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Remediation, Upgrade & Closure Fund.
Non- Leaking Underground Storage Tanks. You may qualify for a State
Grant of up to $3,000 for the removal of your non-leaking underground storage tank (UST) and installation of a state-of-the-art,
double-walled aboveground storage tank (AST). EMA can assist qualified applicants with this process. For more details on this

Leaking Underground Storage Tanks/Discharge Fund
Grant. You may qualify for a State Grant for the remediation of a leaking underground storage tank (UST).
EMA can provide qualified applicants with paperwork and receipts to assist with this process. For more details on this program,

Homeowners Insurance Claims Handling.
EMA has worked with most of the insurance companies operating in NJ. We are well-regarded by insurers and will assist you
with any cleanup actions that are covered by your Homeowner's Insurance.
